Join us for the Facilitation Skills for Equity & Belonging Series beginning on Fri, Apr 19, 2024 at Pacific Medical Centers – Beacon Hill. This combination of in person and virtual training series will equip you with the necessary skills to facilitate courage conversations about race, gender, sexual orientation, abilities, and more. We will meet in person on April 19th from 9am-4pm , virtually on May 9th from 9am-1pm, in person on May 22nd from 9am-4pm, and the final session will be virtual on June 5th from 9am-1pm.

During this series, you will learn effective facilitation techniques that promote equity and belonging. Our expert facilitators will guide you through interactive sessions, providing practical tools and strategies to create spaces where everyone feels valued and heard.

This workshop is designed for individuals who want to be more effective in their work for equity in organizations, communities, & families. Past participants in our workshops include but are not limited to Program Directors, Executive Directors, Community Organizers, Youth Development professionals, Community Members, & parents.

***Please note this course is designed for folks who have partiipated in a racial justice or DEI foundations training. While key DEI concepts will be covered, we will be focused on facilitation and not teaching these concepts. We recommend joining us for our 2 Day DEI Foundations course March 14 & 15! ***
